🚨 Limited-Time Building Permit Amnesty Program

To further promote building safety throughout our county, the Butte County Building Division is offering a temporary opportunity for property owners to bring previously unpermitted construction into compliance without penalty fees.

✔ No penalty fees for eligible participants
✔ Staff support through the permitting process
✔ Valid May through June 30, 2026

To qualify, the property must not have an active Code Enforcement case.
