BUTTE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC WORKSHOP
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

OROVILLE, Calif. —The Butte County Planning Commission invites the community to participate in an upcoming workshop to discuss findings from the recent Land Use Survey.

This is a valuable opportunity for residents to learn about the findings from the Land Use Survey and share their feedback, which will help shape future updates to the Butte County Zoning Ordinance related to the regulation of home businesses, short-term rentals, and recreational camping.

Join us on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 9:00 am, at the Butte County Hall of Records Training Room, located at 155 Nelson Avenue, Oroville, CA 95965 (lower level).

We encourage all to attend and engage in this important discussion. Community input is essential in ensuring that the updates to the Zoning Ordinance reflect the needs and concerns of Butte County residents to improve how land uses are regulated throughout Butte County.
