This campaign centers Philadelphians with lived experience to help healthcare and social service providers reflect on how language, assumptions, and interactions shape trust, engagement in care, and recovery outcomes. The campaign includes a series of short videos (under five minutes) paired with practical tools that support compassionate, trauma-informed care in real clinical and service settings.
