At Souls Harbor, we believe that food security is the essential foundation for growth, stability, and hope. 🍲💙
Our "Food Pantry & Meals" program is dedicated to nourishing our neighbors right here in the four-state area. By providing daily meals and essential food boxes, we’re able to alleviate one of the biggest daily stressors for our neighbors—allowing them to focus on employment, recovery, and a brighter future.
We can’t do this work alone, and we’d love for you to join us! Whether you have an hour or a day, your hands and heart can make a real difference:

At Souls Harbor, we’re collecting donations to keep our Food Pantry and Free Store stocked and ready to serve those in need. Whether it’s an extra box of pasta or a bag of gently used clothing, your contribution helps us bridge the gap for our community. 💙

If you have a heart for people in need, we have a volunteer role for you! 🤝

Souls Harbor is currently looking for dedicated volunteers to join our community. By volunteering, you’ll be part of a caring group of individuals dedicated to helping those facing homelessness and hardship in the 4-state area.

We have immediate needs for:

Fuel Our Mission: Pantry and Kitchen Staff to help feed our neighbors.

Restore Hope Daily: Volunteers to provide rides to appointments and work.

Build a Stronger Community: Free Store workers to help organize and distribute essentials.

Be The Beacon: Caring individuals to pray, counsel, and fill various needs as they arise.

In today's Spotlight, we’re looking at how we provide safety and dignity to our Joplin neighbors. Removing the immediate stress of "where will I sleep tonight?" is the crucial first step toward long-term stability.

Our Housing Initiatives include:
🏠 Transitional & Emergency Housing: A safe haven during a crisis.
📈 Case Management: Personalized support to help residents find steady jobs and permanent homes.
🧠 Life Skills Training:Workshops on finances and personal growth to ensure independence for years to come.
