Just as soon as we're ready to make a public announcement we'll put out a press release and post right here. Right now it's cross the "T's" and dot the "I's". The Hope Valley Development Group will have some exciting announcements about the project in the coming weeks! Everything is coming together with some final details being put in place and we anticipate a press conference in late May or sometime in June. HOPE VALLEY Development Group, Inc., is excited to announce the Joplin City Council unanimously voted 9-0 to approve the TIF district for HOPE VALLEY at the City Council meeting Monday night. Here is our public statement following the vote.

We love this precious little girl and her family, they chose to set up a lemonade stand to raise funds for Joplins relief. They collected around $6.00 and sent it all to Joplin. I'm sure the funds were put to good use but to us it keeps Joplin Growing With Love and HOPE .

HOPE VALLEY Development Group, Inc. is excited to have Doug Hunt present the HOPE VALLEY development plan to the Joplin City Council tonight at City Hall 6:00 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend and hear first hand about this exciting development project. As part of the presentation, this Conceptual Land Use Map will be presented along with other details.

Main St. The development design concept and community collaboration projects will be presented to the Council.
