𝟰𝗣𝘀 𝗧𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝟭𝟮𝟬 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗶 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗣𝘂𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆
TIBIAO, Antique — Celebrating milestones, recognizing achievements, and inspiring new beginnings, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Tibiao Municipal Operations Office successfully conducted its Ani 2026 – Pugay Tagumpay Graduation Ceremony on October 22, 2026, at the Tibiao Municipal Auditorium.
Anchored on the theme, “Pagkilala sang Kadalag-an nga Naangkon sang Tagsa ka Benepisyaryo sang Pantawid Pamilya,” the ceremony honored 120 households for reaching significant milestones in their journey with the Program.
Of the households recognized, 34 have attained a self-sufficient level of well-being and are ready to transition from the Program, while 86 fall under Natural Attrition, having no children aged 0–18 years subject to Program monitoring.
Beyond these figures are stories of perseverance, sacrifice, and determination. Each household represents a journey of overcoming challenges, embracing opportunities, and working toward a better future. Their achievements highlight that the success of 4Ps goes beyond the provision of financial assistance, reflecting the importance of empowering families to become more self-reliant and sustain their progress.
The ceremony also underscored the importance of strong partnerships in sustaining the gains of graduating households. The collaboration among DSWD, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tibiao, headed by Hon. Mayor Klemens G. Bandoja, and partner implementers from the Education and Health sectors remains vital in ensuring that families continue to access appropriate interventions, referrals, and support services.
Through these collective efforts, the Program reinforces its commitment to promoting family well-being, strengthening community partnerships, and supporting households as they move toward greater independence.
The successful conduct of Ani 2026 was made possible through the support and cooperation of the LGU of Tibiao, the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, Education and Health partners, Parent Leaders, and the dedicated Team 4Ps Tibiao Municipal Operations Office.
As the 120 households celebrate this milestone, Ani 2026 serves as a reminder that graduation from the Program is not merely an end, but an opportunity to build on achievements, pursue new possibilities, and continue working toward a more hopeful future.
