𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 || On 28 May 2026, the University of Antique – Tario Lim Memorial Campus (UA-TLMC) ROTC Unit successfully underwent the Local ROTC Administrative and Tactical Inspection (LRAATI) 2026, securing an overall rating of 82.89%.
Led by Corps Commander CDT/COL MENARD B CRISTOBAS 1CL, ROTC, the unit demonstrated its preparedness, discipline, and commitment to excellence throughout the inspection. The evaluation was conducted by the 6RCDG Tactical Inspection Team headed by MAJ EDWARD IAN P RICABLANCA (QMS) PA, Director, 602nd Community Defense Center (602CDC), with TSg Arnel B Tabilona (INF) PA serving as Lead Planner. The inspection board members were SSg Cleo L Villanueva (MI) PA, SSg Ramil L Ballaret (QMS) PA, SSg Cherrylan L Lacida (INF) PA, and TSg Arman Y Lorenzo (INF) PA.
The inspection covered the administration and management phase, Arrival Honors, ceremonial parade, Inspection in Ranks, Close Order Drills, Military Stakes, Basic Life Support, and a comprehensive theoretical examination to assess the unit's overall performance and readiness.
Representing LTC ERWIN E ILAYA PA (RES), Commandant, was 1LT ROMEO B CATIEMPO JR PA (RES), Assistant Commandant, who supervised the activity together with Sgt Dina Mae A Reyno PA (Res), ROTC Coordinator, Tactical NCOs SSg Albert F Amar PA (Res) and Sgt Jurie M Agustin PA (Res), with the support of Mr. Angel B Biadora, NSTP Coordinator. Their leadership, guidance, and dedication greatly contributed to the unit's preparation and performance during the inspection.
The activity was graced by GOHAS LTC EDGAR D DENOSTA PA (RES), Battalion Commander, 602RRIBn, whose message inspired cadets to continue embodying the values of discipline, leadership, and service.
The successful conduct of LRAATI 2026 reflects the dedication, teamwork, and perseverance of the entire UA-TLMC ROTC Unit in maintaining high standards of performance and developing competent, disciplined, and responsible future reservists.
