Last night, Project Weber/RENEW’s fearless and devoted leader, Colleen Daley Ndoye, was honored with a Rhode Island Foundation & Island Monthly Christiana Carteaux Bannister Award! ❤️

This recognition represents more than 20 years of Colleen’s work to ensure that every Rhode Islander, no matter who they are or what they’re going through, has access to care, support, dignity, and respect.

Colleen’s vision, leadership, and commitment have shaped not only PWR, but the broader landscape of care in Rhode Island. We are so proud to celebrate all that she has built and all the people whose lives have been changed because of it.

Training day at PWR! Our direct service team spent some time together for a case management refresh. A chance to learn, talk through the work, share ideas, and reconnect with the harm reduction practices that help us show up for the people we serve.

Providence Business News recently highlighted some of the positive findings from the first year of our Overdose Prevention Center at Project Weber/RENEW.

From responding to overdoses to connecting people with support and services, this first year has given us a lot to be proud of. We’re grateful to everyone who has helped make this work possible, and to the people who walk through our doors every day.

Our team had such a wonderful time at the Ricares: Rhode Island Communities for Addiction Recovery Efforts Rally for Recovery! We loved connecting with attendees, sharing resources, and spending the day alongside so many people who make Rhode Island’s recovery community so special.
