Elmwood Adult Day Health Care Centers Our purpose is to help people be as healthy as possible so that they can remain in their home and out of nursing home, while enjoying life to the fullest.

Elmwood Adult Day Health Care Center at 209 Elmwood Ave in Providence accepted its first participants in March 2010. Three years later, we expanded our adult day services to a second location. Elmwood Adult Day Health Care Center II at 20 Miner St in Providence opened in April 2013. Mindful of our goal to continually improve, we now offer some new and exciting features such as a personalized exerc

ise room, computer lab, library, and class rooms for health education classes and support groups. Our offerings and services are expanded but our goal remains the same, to support the physical and mental health of all our participants. Elmwood Adult Day Health Care Centers are proud to serve the multicultural community of Rhode Island. The Centers are friendly places where seniors and disabled adults gather each day to enjoy activities and to share nourishing meals together.

With everything that has happened, we missed posting about Mother's Day! With all of the love in the world, we want to wish all of the mothers a beautiful mother's day celebration. We love you all and miss you so much. We cant wait to reunite with everyone, give you all a big hug and really celebrate to our full potential!

Espero que estén comiendo una sopita de pollo! Estaremos cerrados el viernes 1/5/18. Si tiene alguna cita, no se preocupe, estaremos trabajando en eso. Todavía no sabemos si estamos abiertos el sábado, todo dependerá de la temporada.

We will be closed on Friday 1/5/18. If you have any appointments do not worry we will be working on them. We still do not know if we are open on Saturday, it will all depend on the weather.
