In case you missed it in the township wide newsletter and on our digital sign at the township hall, here is a reminder to sign up for TextMyGov! You will receive notifications for things like Emergency Water Shut Offs that happen in your neighborhood, community events or other township specific alerts.
Text PHTWPMI to 91896. Then answer the corresponding message and you will be signed up! If you know of someone that does not have or use social media this would be a great tool to share with them. No more missing information!

WATER MAIN BREAK: There has been a water main break that requires emergency repair. This means there will be an interruption in water service on part of Oakwood Dr, Pinewood Dr and Darwin Court. We anticipate the water to be off for approximately 4-6 hours or until around 2:00 pm. There is a 24 Hour water boil water advisory in effect after the water service is restored.

Our DPW crew is working diligently to repair the issue and we thank you for your patience.

🦺Casco Township – County Line Road from St. Clair Highway to Puttygut Road will have intermittent lane closures throughout the week due to hot rubber application during the week of 4/20/26.

🦺China Township – Indian Trail between St. Clair Highway and Puttygut Road will have intermittent lane closures throughout the week due to hot rubber application during the week of 4/20/26.

🦺Ira Township - Arnold Road between Meldrum Road and Hessen Road is closed to all traffic due to a bridge replacement in the area. Tentative completion date and open to traffic is end of May. A detour route is posted for area traffic.

🦺Port Huron Township – Randolf Street off Michel Street will have intermittent lane closure due to a ditching project in the area during the week of 4/20/26.

🦺Port Huron Township – Water Street at Henry Street will have a lane closure due to concrete patchwork at the intersection during the week of 4/20/26.

🦺Riley Township – Masters Road between M-19 and Cornwell Road will have full day time closures due to crossroad replacements in the area during the week of 4/20/26.

🦺St. Clair Township – Frith Road between Richman Road and Pine River Road is closed to all traffic due to a bridge replacement in the area. Tentative completion date and open to traffic is beginning of June. A detour route is posted for area traffic.
