SECOR Cares is a free food market that serves the food-insecure residents of south suburban Denver, CO.

Serving the residents of Douglas, Arapahoe, and Elbert County who are struggling with food insecurity.

SECOR has never been just about food. We are about neighbors caring for neighbors.

Our social worker Samantha is an important part of what we do. Her job includes assessing the needs of our guests to connect them with vital community resources.

For Samantha, the best part of working at SECOR is the people.

“I love hearing what is on the minds of our guests, and collaborating to problem solve,” she says.

With previous experience at nonprofit organizations, she values the community-driven action and teamwork that make SECOR special!

Join us on Saturday (Oct. 24) for our second annual holiday craft fair! It's from noon to 3 at our campus at 17151 Pine Lane in Parker, and is sponsored by Wings Credit Union Colorado!

The proceeds that Parker resident and SECOR guest Marcia earned at last year’s fair gave her a badly needed financial boost.

“I can’t tell you how much it helped me out,” Marcia said. “It helped me pay a bill that I wasn’t going to be able to pay.”
