Hello Parker. Today marks one year since I had the honor of becoming your mayor. It has been a privilege to serve the community in this role and I thank you for the trust you’ve placed in me.
Looking back over the past year, I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished:
• We opened an addition to Parker Town Hall. Your new civic building allows us to offer better customer service, and provides staff with a modern, centralized, and collaborative space to work on behalf of Parker’s future.
• The next phase of the Salisbury Regional Park expansion began. When complete, Parker’s central park will be a standout amenity for recreation activities and community celebrations in our Town and County.
• Several long-awaited road projects completed or made major progress, including the Dransfeldt and Chambers extensions, plus widenings of Lincoln, Jordan, and Stroh. These projects represent decades of effort to improve our transportation network, build relationships with government partners, and source funding to supplement local investment.
There’s also so much to look forward to with the year ahead. That’s why I invite you to follow this page as I share what I’ve been up to, along with news and happenings from all around our great Town.
This page will be managed by myself and Town Communications and Engagement staff. To contact me directly, please email [email protected] or call 303.841.0353. You may also contact the Communications and Engagement Department at [email protected] or 303.805.3257 for assistance.
Have a wonderful holiday season and a happy new year!
