🚨👀 ARCADE, LET’S TALK CODE ENFORCEMENT! 👀🚨

Think you know the top 3 code violations we see around town? 🤔 From junk vehicles to prohibited animals and property debris, here are a few things every property owner should know! 🏡👇

🚗 1. Junk/Inoperable Vehicles – Junk or inoperable vehicles may violate city code. Covering a junk or inoperable vehicle with a tarp or other material does NOT resolve the violation! Out of sight does NOT mean out of violation!

🐓 2. Roosters & Pigs – Roosters and pigs are strictly prohibited! Please be aware of and follow the City of Arcade’s regulations regarding animals on your property.

🗑️ 3. Trash, Debris & Old Appliances – Keep your property free of accumulated trash, rubbish, debris, and discarded appliances. These items can create code violations and negatively affect the appearance of your property and neighborhood.

📖 WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE CODE SAYS? 📖
