The storm doesn't warn you. Prepare before it arrives. 🌀

Hurricane Season is officially here — and Sheriff Ed Gonzalez and the Harris County Sheriff's Office are asking Harris County to get ready right now. Not when the storm is named. Not when the shelves are bare.

Build your kit. Know your zone. Make your plan. Check on your neighbors. Small steps now can make all the difference when it matters most.

We had an amazing time at North Shore Elementary School!

Students learned all about bike and pedestrian safety, including how to properly wear a helmet, understand traffic rules, use hand signals, cross safely at crosswalks, and make smart decisions near roads.

So proud of these students for their enthusiasm and commitment to staying safe! 🚴‍♀️ 🚸
