A Message from our ED Monte Osburn: Today I celebrated my 62nd birthday a day early, and the wonderful staff at Foundation for the Homeless made me feel pretty special! They treated me to lunch, surprised me with my favorite cake, and gave me a pass for an upcoming movie at AMC. They know me well! 🎂🎬
As much as I enjoyed all of that, the best part of my day was spending it with the people I’m fortunate to work alongside. I see their compassion, dedication, and heart in the way they show up for families and for one another. Today, I got to be on the receiving end of that same kindness.
To my FFH team: thank you for the celebration, the laughter, and the care you put into making today special. Working with you is one of the things I’m most grateful for as I begin another year.
62 feels pretty good when you’re surrounded by people like you! ❤️
