🏠 Applications are NOW OPEN for the FY2027 Texas Foundations Fund Disaster Recovery Program!

Recent severe weather, including Tropical Storm Edouard and flooding across parts of Texas, is a reminder of how quickly families and communities can be impacted by natural disasters.

Through this funding opportunity, eligible organizations can apply for up to $50,000 to help repair homes damaged by natural disasters occurring on or after June 1, 2025.

Eligible organizations include current or past Texas Foundations Fund and HEART grantees, as well as organizations that have never received funding from TSAHC.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis while funding is available.

This week, we will kick-off our fifth Texas Supportive Housing Institute (Institute), and we're thrilled to introduce this year's teams and how they intend to house and support our most vulnerable Texans. Building upon the success of the place-based Institute in Austin in 2022, we're once again offering a place-based Institute. To that end, we selected teams committed to building supportive housing communities in the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex.

We are celebrating the grand opening of Seabrook Square II, a 60-unit permanent supportive housing community helping more Texans transitioning from chronic homelessness move into safe, stable homes.

We are proud of Seabrook Square I's connection to TSAHC. The development team participated in our 2022 Texas Supportive Housing Institute, and it is exciting to see that vision become a reality!

Integral Care serves as owner, manager, and service provider, offering intensive, wraparound support. Seabrook Square Il is Integral Care's third permanent supportive housing community following The Terrace at Oak Springs and Bungalows at Century Park.

Congratulations to Integral Care, Capital A, and everyone who helped bring Seabrook Square Il to life! We are proud to have been part of the journey.
