The workshop focuses on harmonizing contract processing procedures, improving data accuracy, and enhancing monitoring systems through the updating of online survey monitoring sheets, validation of support lists against national tagging under Memorandum No. 565, and comparison of survey status reports submitted by the Regional and Provincial Project Management Offices (R/PPMOs). Participants also explore recommendations for improving the Survey by Administration (SBA) Dashboard and the use of Power BI for more efficient data visualization and monitoring.

The workshop aligns with the commitment of DAR Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III to continuously improve systems and procedures for the effective and efficient implementation of Project SPLIT.

With the guidance of Project Implementation Officer (PIO) Undersecretary Jesry T. Palmares, the activity encourages collaboration among Regional and Provincial Contract Management Teams, promotes the harmonization of procedures, and strengthens contract monitoring and processing across implementing offices.

Through these capacity-building initiatives, Project SPLIT continues to strengthen coordination, improve contract monitoring, and ensure the timely and accurate tracking of survey accomplishments in support of land tenure security and individual land titling for Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries.
