Len Deighton was a prolific British author, best known for his gritty and realistic Cold War Spy stories.

Deighton redefined the genre in the 1960s and introduced us to a new kind of spy: working-class, cynical and very tough... and brilliantly portrayed by Michael Caine when the books became films.

Being a spy suddenly became very cool indeed! 😎

Our next session with The Memory Box Foundation is Thursday 4th!

Drop in between 2.30-3.45pm to discover their reminiscence collection and enjoy sharing memories and stories from times gone by. This welcoming group supports people living with mental health issues, dementia, or feelings of isolation or loneliness
