Bridge Inn Community Farm

Bridge Inn Community Farm 'A place where everyone grows'. Come and experience all the beautiful seasons, weather and wildlife that our great outdoors has to offer!

Bridge inn Community farm Ltd provides individualised programmes of work activities and vocational training in Horticultural, Conservation, Agriculture and Art. Whatever the season, Bridge Inn Community Farm is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the countryside, learn more about nature or simply relax in serene surroundings. We provide training and real life work experience in horticulture

, agriculture and care of animals. The farm gives people a real working environment to care for friendly animals, grow crops and be part of a great team. A lot of renovation work has already been done to the farm and we hope to encourage more conservation and local biodiversity in the area into the foreseeable future. The farm is now home to a variety of gardens featuring shrubs, herbs, trees, vegetable patches, fruits and ponds. We have a Japanese garden and tea house, which is beautifully manicured, with an ornamental pond. We use environmentally friendly techniques across the farm including composting, recycling and the minimal use of pesticides, peat and water resources. The gardens are home to a wide variety of birds and wildlife as well as animals including pigs, owls, chickens and birds. We are also looking to create a bog garden to keep water logged and grow things like bull rushes and large irises to encourage frogs, newts and toads. Check out our Gallery to see the latest photos of our farm and animals. The farm is an ongoing – and exciting – project that we would love you to come and experience!
