Inverness Park was filled with Halloween spirit during our Parkwood Hills Halloween Fun Day!

It was so fun seeing so many neighbourhood families dressed up in creative costumes, taking part in fun games, and getting their faces painted.

A massive thank you to No Frills grocery store at the corner of Meadowlands and Merivale for generously donating 160 small pumpkins for the event!

The children had an absolute blast decorating their pumpkins and taking them home.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this celebration such a memorable day for our neighbourhood.

We are so grateful for local partners and neighbours who bring our community together!

We will meet at NROCRC at 10:00 AM and when everyone has arrived we will leave for the museum and return by 3:00 PM.

What an inspiring start to our "Our Stories, Our Voices" four week storytelling workshop for women!

Presented in partnership with iSisters Technology Mentoring Inc. and held in Craig Henry neighbourhood, participants gathered for our very first session.

We are so grateful to have journalist and Algonquin College professor Julie McCann Nepeanville facilitating and guiding this welcoming group as they explore writing, creativity, and sharing their unique experiences.

What a wonderful turnout we had at our Craig Henry Halloween Party this past Saturday!

Community members of all ages joined us for an afternoon full of festive fun. Everyone enjoyed face painting, creative costume contests, giant yard games, colouring sheets, pumpkin decorating, warm hot chocolate and sweet loot bags filled with candies!

Thank you to all the amazing families who attended and to our dedicated volunteers who helped make this community celebration so special.

A special thank you to both Metro Ontario on Greenbank and on Merivale in Nepean for donating the little pumpkins! So appreciated, thank you for supporting your community!
