10/10/2026
October 10th is World Mental Health Day, which aims to raise awareness of mental health issues worldwide and mobilize efforts to support mental health.
For 2026, the United Nations decided on the theme "Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change," recognizing that the experiences and voices of people living with mental health conditions are essential in shaping policies, support services, and workplace practices to best suit the needs of real people around the world.
More information is available on the United Nations website (un.org) or through the World Health Organization (who.int).
Remember, we're here for you, and you can call our office Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM to see how we can help. We hope everyone finds a moment today to relax, check in on their mental well-being, and feel comfortable reaching out to the services available whenever they need support. 💜
