Water | Annual hydrant flushing continues this week! βš οΈπŸ’§ From June 15 to 19, our crews will be flushing hydrants in the area north of the C.N.R. tracks, east of the Moira River.

While hydrant flushing is underway in your area, you may notice reddish-coloured water. When this happens, run your cold water tap until the water runs clear. It's best to avoid doing laundry while the program is underway in your area.

Community | It's turtle nesting season! 🐒 Keep an eye out for turtles crossing roads. ⚠️

This time of year, turtles are on the move looking for places to nest, which often means crossing roads and pathways near bodies of water. Please slow down and keep an eye out for turtles on or near the road.

If you help a turtle cross the road safely, always guide it in the direction it is headed. Thank you for helping protect our local wildlife!
