Cape Town bound. ✨

We’re excited to officially introduce the GLOW Fellows joining us for the 2027 GLOW Global Travel Seminar + Wellness Retreat in Cape Town, South Africa. This January, GLOW sisters from four countries will come together for an experience rooted in African culture, service, sisterhood, wellness, and reflection. From exploring Cape Town to creating space to reconnect with themselves and one another, this trip is about more than where we’re going. It’s about who we’re becoming together. 🌍

Swipe to meet the GLOW Fellows taking Cape Town. 💗

Elizabeth came into GLOW believing leadership is about creating opportunities for others. Then she went out and did exactly that. ✨

For Global Giveback Day, Elizabeth partnered with uThryve to lead a career awareness outreach at O'Reilly Senior High School in Ghana. More than 200 students left with information on scholarships, university pathways, leadership opportunities, and career resources.

Now she's continuing that work, connecting young people with the information they need to make informed decisions about their futures.

Leaving systems better than you found them looks like this. 🌍

Every member of our 2026 GLOW Global Cohort said she would recommend GLOW to a friend.

For Omolola in Nigeria, the reason was belonging. She found a sisterhood of women who lived in different places, carried different stories, and still understood each other from the very first session.

Know someone who belongs in this sisterhood? Tag her below. 🌍

There’s something special about watching GLOW alumnae come back to pour into the sisterhood that once poured into them. 💗

This summer, we hosted our inaugural alumni-led GLOW Reunion Workshop, Yoga as Rest & Resistance, led by 2026 GLOW alum Kare Coley. Together, alumnae across countries and cohort years created space to slow down, reconnect, and practice rest with intention. ✨

Participants left feeling rested, grounded, refreshed, and rejuvenatd. Thank you, Kare, for helping us create such a beautiful first gathering. We can’t wait to see how our GLOW alumnae continue to lead and create community together. 🌍

Although GLOW is a three-month experience, the sisterhood is designed to last a lifetime. 🌍

We love seeing the relationships built through the GLOW Global Cohort continue to grow beyond the program.

During a four-week Cultural Study Tour in New York City, 2026 GLOW alum Grace had the opportunity to meet her GLOW coach and 2025 alum, Alaina Ruffin, in person after building their relationship throughout the cohort. Her travels also brought her to Washington, DC, where she connected with fellow 2026 GLOW alum Joy Baker and spent the afternoon together at Howard University. ✨

From virtual introductions to real-life moments across cities and countries, this is the beauty of GLOW: creating a global sisterhood that our young women can carry with them wherever life takes them next.

We’re so proud of you, Grace! 💗

Leadership does not mean having all the answers. Sometimes, it begins with connection, shared experiences, and the courage to take action.

For Bianca Cadet, GLOW expanded what global leadership could look like by connecting her with young women from around the world who are navigating challenges, pursuing purpose, and creating impact in their own communities. 🌍

Each year, Global Giveback Day gives our GLOW Girls the opportunity to put leadership into action by serving the communities and causes closest to them. 🌍

For her 2026 project, Kabelo Mametsa visited Care Village children’s home, where she donated food supplies and essential items to support the home’s daily needs. From expanding access to opportunity to supporting the well-being of young people, our 2026 cohort is showing us what leadership in action can look like.
