Keep copies of IDs, insurance policies, medical records, financial information, and other critical documents together in a secure, easy-to-access location. Better yet, create digital backups and store them in a safely online.

Did you miss your court date? Don’t worry; go to the Court Records office at Municipal Court and get added to the daily docket to resolve your tickets.

You can add yourself between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. on any regular court session day, and an “add-on” appointment will be made for you.

Please note that the wait time can range from one to two hours.

Remember, an “add-on” is like a walk-in appointment. It’s important to plan accordingly and allow extra time for potential wait periods.

If your citations have a warrant issue date more than 60 days from when you are trying to add on, you need to call Court Records at (918) 596-1625.

On-Site services include:
• Permit applications and processing
• Permit questions and troubleshooting
• Residential plan review support

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our 311/Customer Care phone system that may prevent callers from being connected with a Customer Care representative.

IN the meantime, residents can still access services by:

- Submitting requests through the Tulsa311.com website or Tulsa311 app
- Emailing [email protected]
- Using the automated IVR phone system for available self-service options
- If you need to turn on, transfer, or shut off utility service, visit www.cityoftulsa.org/onofftransfer
- Utility billing can be accessed at www.cityoftulsa.org/utilities

Today marks our city’s second official Tulsa Race Massacre Observance Day - a day for us to come together to reflect on the events of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre and honor those who came before us.

As I make my way to Oaklawn Cemetery today to pay my respects to the victims of the Tulsa Race Massacre, I’m reminded of another life we lost this past year - Mother Viola Fletcher. Mother Fletcher was a testament to resilience, courage, and truth. Even after enduring one of the darkest chapters in our nation’s history, she never stopped sharing her story or calling on our city and our country to confront the past honestly.

Her legacy continues to guide and inspire us today, and we see that legacy carried forward by Tulsa’s last living Race Massacre survivor - Mother Leslie Benningfield Randle, whose strength and voice remain an enduring gift to our city.

As we remember the past, we also look toward the future with a shared responsibility to keep moving this work forward together. It is in that spirit that I invite you to learn more about our Road to Repair as a community at www.cityoftulsa.org/RoadToRepair.

We're excited to support the Capital Cruise this Saturday morning as Tulsa celebrates Route 66 and takes a shot at breaking a Guinness World Records title for the largest classic car parade ever!

To safely accommodate the cruise, 11th Street between Yale and Denver will be closed to traffic. There are several party zones along the route for spectators so plan your trip accordingly, give yourself plenty of time to reach your spot, and watch out for other spectators. And don't forget your lawn chairs!
