Medicare open enrollment can often leave us confused. We invite you to one of our upcoming free "Navigating Medicare" classes around Dutchess County to find out more about the basics of Medicare and how to use Medicare.gov. We're partnering with the Medical Reserve Corps of Dutchess County to host a free citizens preparedness training to help our older adults be ready in the case a disaster strikes. We at the Office for the Aging are excited to partner with the Medical Reserve Corps of Dutchess County to offer a Citizens Preparedness Training. Learn about the tools and resources that can help you better prepare for any type of disaster. Learn how to respond accordingly in a disaster and recover as quickly as possible to pre-disaster conditions. 🌺 We brought a little taste of paradise to Poughkeepsie today at our annual Senior Prom! Hundreds of our older neighbors embraced the Hawaiian luau theme, dressing in their tropical finery for an afternoon filled with live music, dancing, a delicious lunch, and wonderful friendship. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this another unforgettable OFA celebration!
