Nonprofit full service support for people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We're always looking for dedicated staff members.

Services include Residential, Supported Employment, ECFChoices, MAPs, Early Intervention, Personal Assistant, Med-Res, Buddy Ball, and more. National Disability Employment Awareness Month Spotlight:

DeVriant works at Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital in the cafeteria. He works hard and the Chef there says DeVriant does a great job keeping the lobby clean for the customers. DeVriant is always friendly to whoever comes through the cafeteria and has never met a stranger. He has a smile for everyone and is proud of his job.

National Disability Employment Awareness Month Spotlight:

Billy B.'s work journey started as an intern at Common Ground Café Clarksville. As soon as he graduated, he started working at Wendy's on Riverside. Billy loves working there and gets along with his coworkers. His supervisor is pleased with his work and says that he is loved. Billy just celebrated his one-year anniversary two months ago.

Another score by goaltender, Justus Anunen!

DEX partners with Nashville Predators Foundation each year to reward every goal scored and every win recorded by a Predators’ goaltender throughout the regular season with a donation to designated Nashville area charitable or community service organizations.

National Disability Employment Awareness Month Spotlight:

Levi works for Pride Industries on Fort Campbell. Levi is a team player and does any task of him. His supervisor, Terry, says that Levi does a great job. He's valued by his team and he gets along with everyone. Levi is excited to do his job everyday and always has a smile on his face.

National Disability Employment Awareness Month Spotlight:

Chris has worked for 18 years at Southern TN Regional Health System in Pulaski, TN. Chris has been a dedicated employee of the hospital as he has worked in several different departments during his years of employment. Chris needed a job coach in the beginning of his employment. Now he works without a coach because of his growth and progress in his job. Chris has a consistent and positive attitude regarding his work. His supervisor Sherry stated that you can always count on Chris to get the job done. Fall is here! A group of 20 took full advantage of the beautiful weather and headed down to Boyd's Pumpkin Patch. Afterwards, they went to Liberty Park and each person decorated their own pumpkin. Everyone got to let their inner artist out and be fully in the Halloween spirit 🎃🍂

Bradley has worked at Parks Motors Sales in Columbia, TN for over 9 years. His cleaning and friendliness around the dealership are very appreciated by his managers, coworkers, and the customers. He works 12 hours per week and does not want to miss work. Bradley’s employment and being part of the Parks Motors team adds great value to his life. Bradley was honored on October 13, 2026, along with Parks Motors as part of the National Disability Awareness Month event that was held at Parks Motors.
