Be aware of a major change in I70 traffic patterns.

Eastbound I-70 is scheduled to be reduced to one lane between Brick Church Road and Centerville Road the weekend of May 29.

S.R. 1 ramps to and from eastbound I-70 are expected to close on or after Sunday, May 31 for 60 days.

The MWTFD was fortunate enough to receive a grant from Whitewater Valley REMC for $2500 to purchase battery powered tools to help our firefighters to have more safety and portable saws, and tools needed for specialized rescue and extrication calls. We thank everyone Whitewater Valley Rural Electric Membership Corporation for their gracious support of our community.

A Huge Thank You to Whitewater Valley REMC! 🚨

​The Milton-Washington Township Fire Department is incredibly grateful to announce that we have been awarded a generous grant from Whitewater Valley REMC!

​These funds are going directly toward upgrading our equipment with new powered hand tools. Having reliable, state-of-the-art tools is absolutely critical for our firefighters during rescue operations, vehicle extrications, and emergency responses.

This grant directly enhances our ability to act quickly and safely when every second counts.
