We are incredibly proud to announce that The Communities of Wildwood Ranch has achieved an overall 5-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Five stars is the highest overall rating possible through CMS’s Five-Star Quality Rating System, which evaluates nursing homes based on health inspections, staffing, and quality measures.

This achievement is a reflection of the dedication, compassion, and hard work of our incredible team.

To our staff: Every department, every shift, and every role plays an important part in the care we provide. Your commitment to our residents and to one another is what makes Wildwood Ranch so special.

Swing by and show off your costumes to our residents and staff! We will have some trunks and booths outside and offices decorated inside throughout our building so our residents can see all the kiddos! We would love to have you! 🎃 🕷️ 🧡

🎃 Pumpkin Patch Fun at Wildwood Ranch! 🍂

Our residents had a wonderful time making these colorful pumpkins, and we love seeing their creativity shine! From orange and yellow to blue and purple, every pumpkin was as unique as the person who made it!

A little crafting, a lot of smiles, and some fall fun! 🍁
