IN THE NEWS!

ABC12 News featured the Wave of Light remembrance event hosted by the Genesee County Health Department’s Safe Sleep Program. This event focused on preventing sleep-related infant deaths and remembering the lives lost.

Sara Simpson, Health Educator at GCHD, shared information about the free virtual monthly safe sleep trainings. Sara also shared that the Safe Sleep program is able to assist families in need with a Pack’ N Play to make sure their baby has a safe space to sleep.
