Do you know where the water in your home is coming from? Is it from a ground water well in your yard or is it from the city water treatment plant?

Do you know where your used water goes? Is it sent to a septic system buried right on your property or is flushed out to a city waste treatment plant?

Knowing what system your home is on, helps you know who to call when you have questions or concerns.

Any well or septic questions can be sent to Genesee County Health Department’s Environmental Health division – (810) 257-3603, [email protected]
Any city water or city sewer questions can be directed to the city or township you live in.
