This may not solve the issues with children showing on accounts; however, we did want to share this update regarding MyAuth from DHA.

We know some users have experienced challenges during the transition to myAuth, and we appreciate your patience as updates continue to be made.

The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), which manages myAuth, implemented an update to the Manage Relationships feature on Oct. 14, 2026, to address an issue affecting family access.

What changed:
Sponsors can now add their spouse in Manage Relationships, allowing the spouse to view and act on behalf of dependents.

Still having issues with myAuth?

For myAuth account, access, or technical support, please contact the DMDC Customer Contact Center at 1-800-368-3665. Because myAuth is managed by DMDC, their support team is best equipped to assist with technical and account-related issues.

With great sadness we share the recent passing of Lt Colonel Joseph Kluesner, an outstanding endocrinologist, and a member of the 88th Healthcare Operations Squadron.

Dr. Kluesner was very loved and respected by his family, friends, and co-workers, and this is a tremendous loss for our community. He completed his residency at Wright-Patterson Medical Center and had been stationed here since 2020. He served 19 years as a dedicated member of the Air Force.

We extend our heartfelt sympathies to Lt Colonel Kluesner's family.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the specimen collection clinic (first floor lab) will be closed for the rest of today, Monday, October 19th.

Routine lab draws will resume tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.

November's session will take place on Friday, November 20th. There will not be a December session.

Pharmacy Update:

Once the servers were restored after yesterday’s regional Q-Flow outage, we experienced a very unfortunate result -- All prescription data entered on Tuesday the 13th was removed.

Patients who would normally expect a one-day turnaround will not have prescriptions ready for pick-up today. We also highly recommend that patients who either submitted prescriptions via Q-Anywhere or dropped off prescriptions, re-submit them remotely using the app.

If your prescription IS ready for pick-up, a message will be sent.
