HQ AFMC Junior Force Council The purpose of the HQ AFMC JFC is to identify and address the concerns of the junior force by serving as an advisory board to the HQ AFMC Senior Leadership.

The HQ AFMC Junior Force Council (JFC) was established to provide HQ AFMC leadership and HQ AFMC employees with advice and assistance to reach this vision from the perspective of junior force members The Council membership is representative of a vast majority of the junior force across HQ AFMC.
