Oxford is beyond blessed to welcome another amazing teacher to our school:
Hey everyone!
My name is Ashleigh Kurts and I will be going into my 7th year of teaching! I’m a Catawba County native and have recently moved back to the area with my son and husband, who served in the U.S. Air Force. When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me reading a good thriller or spending time with family & friends. I strive to make learning fun and meaningful for students and our class to feel like a family. I am thrilled to be joining the Oxford family in 2nd grade!!

We are excited to announce a new addition to our amazing Oxford staff:

Hey Oxford family!
My name is Zoey Boston, and I’m so excited to be back at Oxford for my second year teaching! Oxford has always been special to me because I’m a former Cub myself and attended school here as a child.
When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me outside playing softball, tennis, walking my dog, or just enjoying the outdoors.
I’ve always loved helping others and supporting students as they learn, grow, and work toward their goals.
I can’t wait for a great year with the Oxford family in fourth grade!!

We can’t believe this Friday is our last day!!!! All students dismissed at 12:15!

The countdown is ON! ☀️🎒

Friday, May 22nd is the last day of school for Catawba County Schools, and students will dismiss on a 3-hour early release schedule. QUEST will only operate in the AM on May 22.

Finish strong, CCS… summer break is almost here! 😎
