⚾️🐾 WARNING: The Battle Jacks stadium was officially OVERRUN by BEARCATS yesterday. 🐾⚾️

Our 6th graders rolled in loud, proud, snack-powered, and READY to cheer. 😂💙💛

There were:
🌭 Hot dogs bigger than some students’ attention spans
🧢 Enough cheering to qualify as a school-wide cardio workout
⚾️ Multiple “I almost caught that ball!” moments
😂 A whole lot of middle school chaos
💙 And memories these kids will talk about ALL summer long 💛

From the stands to the snack line, our Bearcats represented SMS with energy, excitement, and LOTS of personality. 😎

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this day happen for our students!

Healing, helping, educating, empowering 💚✨

Our 2nd Annual Health Fair was more than just an event, it was a reminder that when schools and communities come together, our students win. Thank you to all of our incredible community partners who showed up, shared resources, supported our families, and poured into our youth.

Special thanks to Grace Health for sponsoring this event, and to Ms. Hawn and the Health Committee YAC (Youth Advisory Council) for helping bring this vision to life. We are grateful for every organization, volunteer, staff member, and student who made this day impactful, uplifting, and full of positivity. 💫

Together, we are building healthier futures for our children — mentally, physically, and emotionally. 🩺🧠💚
