Our Lee Lions were visited by the Environmental Defenders last Friday, and students had a great time learning why keeping our planet clean matters. Big thanks to LA County Public Works for teaching our students where trash belongs and how it affects the environment!

Lee Lions returned from our three-day weekend with an energizing BMX showcase by Robert Castillo's BMX Freestyle Team. Students enjoyed pro bike and scooter stunts, learned about safety, and heard why school matters. A fantastic way to congratulate all the hard work our students did on the CAASP and ELPAC tests—Go Lions! 🦁

Our TK and preschool welcomed a Mobile Zoo on Monday, May 18. Students loved meeting a variety of animals — baby piglets stole the spotlight at Lee with their irresistible cuteness.

Big Shout out to our brave Lee Lions! 🦁 Last Friday our Lee Lions got to show off their talents with the help of AHS Students! Students came out and showed their art, dancing, singing and Tae Kwon Do skills! A great time was had by all!

Friday Lee Elementary threw a DJ dance party to celebrate our Chocolate Fundraiser winners. Students danced the last 20 minutes of their afternoon away, waving glow sticks to their favorite songs. Big congrats to everyone who joined the fun!

Lee Elementary hosted our annual TREAT WITH SOMEONE SWEET event last Friday. Students and their Someone Sweet enjoyed donuts and coffee to kick off the day. Big thanks to all the Someone Sweets who came out to celebrate with us! Also a big shout out to the LEE Staff that helped make it a successful event! Go Lions!🦁 🍩
