Royal Oak Middle School (formerly Royal Oak Intermediate School) is a California Distinguished School located in the Charter Oak Unified School District. Royal Oak Middle School proudly serves 7th and 8th grade students in the communities of Covina, Glendora and San Dimas. Middle School's 44 acres of land and facilities are the hub of many community organizations such as YMCA, AYSO Region 602, Charter Oak Youth Baseball/Softball and many others. Royal Oak's facilities, such as its 250 seat state-of-the-art H.K. Baird Theater and its exceptionally large Commons and Gym buildings, serve the students and the community of Charter Oak and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley.
