Suggested fitness activities in the platform:
✅ Daily: Track 8,000 steps
✅ Weekly: Track two days of strength training
✅ Weekly: Track 75 minutes of aerobic activity
✅ Through the year: Find what moves you (explore different exercise and movement options that work for you)
