๐Ÿš’ SAFETY STAND DOWN 2026 โ€“ DAY 3: TECHNIQUE ๐Ÿš’

Today's focus is on movement quality and proper technique.

The best fitness program in the world won't help if movements are performed incorrectly. Proper technique improves performance, reduces injury risk, and ensures firefighters can safely meet the physical demands of emergency operations.

Today's resources focus on:
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Proper lifting mechanics
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Functional movement patterns
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Injury prevention strategies
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Building efficiency through proper form

Whether on the fireground, in the gym, or performing daily tasks, quality movement matters. Small improvements in technique can lead to significant improvements in safety and performance.

Stuck on what to discuss? We solved that for you; find it here:https://safetystanddown.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/SSD-2026-Day3-Technique-module.pdf
