The Change Navigator Collaborator Program has announced six grants awarded to collaborative community projects throughout North Dakota and South Dakota. Led by alumni of the Change Network program, these dynamic projects bring together artists, entrepreneurs, healthcare advocates, veterans’ organizations, Tribal leaders, and community builders to address challenges through creativity, systems thinking, and collaboration.

Each project received up to $10,000 to support community-driven work focused on belonging, healing, accessibility, veteran well-being, and cross-community partnership.

We’re so excited to announce 2026’s two cohorts of Creative Community Fellows: New England!

Join us in welcoming the 40 arts and culture leaders from across New England using creativity and collaboration to drive positive change in their communities. Over the next eight months, these fellows will go on a learning journey to strengthen their leadership and boost the impact of their projects that includes online gatherings, in-person retreats, and curated peer learning sessions.

We’re incredibly proud of this inspiring group and can’t wait to see their work thrive together.

Join a fellowship that supports artists, organizers, administrators, and entrepreneurs across New England who are using arts and culture to drive positive change. You'll gain:

- Practical tools, frameworks, and leadership support to grow your project

- A community of practice with peers eager to collaborate

- Online and in-person immersive learning experiences, including a weeklong retreat in Maine
