🚨 The updated Highway Construction Inspection (HCI) exams are now live as of April 27, 2026.

Designed for engineering technicians responsible for inspection functions on highway construction projects, the HCI program continues to support professionals across four certification levels.

📣 What’s new: candidates can now bring updated references during testing, including FP-24 (all levels) and MUTCD, 13th Edition (Level I), along with access to new practice tests.
