Take a look at this incredible drone footage from our Costa project in Hastings.

Seeing the site come to life from above really puts the scale and progress into perspective.

Planning approved!

We are pleased to share that planning permission has been granted for the conversion of former agricultural buildings into 6 dwellings in Tonbridge.

A great example of bringing existing rural buildings back into use and creating high quality homes while retaining their character. Beautifully done we think.

Take a look at these finished photographs of a stunning new apartment development in Tunbridge Wells. Aptly named The Chocolate Factory, this building stands on the site of a former chocolate factory, which produced sweet treats here for over 40 years before closing in March 2018. We think it’s a beautiful transformation — a stylish new chapter for a much-loved local landmark.

Planning Approved!

We're delighted to share that planning permission has been granted for 8 new detached dwellings in Preston, Kent. A fantastic milestone for the team and a great step forward for this project.

Thanks to everyone involved in helping bring this forward - we're excited to see the next stages take shape.

Planning approval secured for four contemporary interpretations of a 1930s villa. This was an incredibly challenging site due to the dramatic changes in levels, but the results speak for themselves. We couldn't be more pleased with how it has turned out.

Using Sketchup and Enscape to look at how a contemporary rural farm design may look in Mereworth.

This is an exciting new village centre design in Kent.

Have a look at these visuals & drawing of the interesting stair detail between the Kitchen and Dining area in this house. Which opens up the space to feel more 'open plan'.
