Graduation, or General Admission, marks the end of one chapter and the start of many more for Emmanuel’s newest alumni members.
Reflecting on their time at college, graduates spoke of friendships, opportunities and personal growth. As one student shared, “Being able to make so many different friends from different backgrounds has really shaped who I am.”
Many leave with far more than a degree: lasting memories, greater confidence and a community that shaped their journey.

Meet some of our newest Fellows bringing their expertise, research and energy to College:

🇩🇪 🇮🇹 Marie-Louise James is a literary historian and cultural theorist in German texts and Italian cinema
🧮 Pablo Sanchez-Peralta focuses on the study of symmetries at the intersection of geometry, topography and algebra
📜 Anna Peters works on criminal law theory, political philosophy, and ethics in non-ideal systems and conditions
🌍 Kim van Daalen is an environmental epidemiologist, researching across the health influences of environmental and climatic exposures

From Harvard research to health-tech innovation, Tahmid has embraced every opportunity at Emmanuel. Supported by our generous community, he has combined medicine, engineering, leadership and entrepreneurship, from conducting autism research at Harvard Medical School to becoming Captain of the college men's rowing team, as well as developing his own start up.

From the world’s earliest cities to groundbreaking research, Megan’s PhD journey has taken her from Cambridge to Iraq, where she explored ancient Mesopotamian society first hand. Thanks to donor supported funding, she gained invaluable research, teaching and leadership experience, helping pave the way for a future academic career.
