High blood pressure often has no symptoms, yet it is a leading cause of heart attacks and strokes. That's why it's important to get your blood pressure checked. If your blood pressure is high, you can get support to bring it under control and reduce your risk of serious health problems.
We have health check kiosks currently stationed in three of our libraries. The kiosk can measure your blood pressure, heart rate, BMI and body fat. Taking just five minutes to complete, you'll receive a personalised report with recommendation and information for further support.
Visit Arbury Court Library, Bar Hill Library and Huntingdon Library this September and check your numbers.
[Images are a slide show with text and photos. The first slide reads "Have you seen the health kiosks in some of our libraries? The second slide shows four images of the health kiosks in different libraries with people using them. The third sides reads "Check it out this September, at Arbury Court Library, Bar Hill Library and Huntingdon Library." The final slide contains the Cambridgeshire County Council logo, Cambridgeshire Libraries logo and a hashtag .]
