When a boy was hit on a zebra crossing on Logan Rd almost a year ago, over 700 locals signed a petition to Council calling for safety upgrades.
Almost a year of inaction later, and Council has finally announced that their plan is to just remove the white stripes of paint, but leave the crossing as is.
Will it take another incident here for Council to finally listen to the community?
