Town-wide Revaluation update!

In accordance with CGS 12-62 the Town of Waterford has partnered with Vision Government Solutions Inc. (VGSI) to complete a mandated revaluation of all real property.

Beginning this week, Data Collectors from VGSI will visit some properties in the town to verify the accuracy of property data, so you may see them in your neighborhood. All VGSI data collectors will carry photo identification, and their identifying information, including vehicles, has been provided to us.

If you have any questions concerning the revaluation project or need additional information please contact the Waterford Assessor's Office at (860)444-5820

As always, we respectfully request your cooperation with VGSI, and remember, they're just doing their job.
