The Quapaw Nation of Oklahoma is requesting proposals for lobbying and government relations services for the period of August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027. Only firms currently operating and registered in Oklahoma are eligible to respond.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on June 30, 2026.

Constitution Committee Meeting – June 2, 2026

The Constitution Committee will meet on Tuesday, June 2 at 6:30 PM via Zoom.

During this meeting, Committee members will discuss:

• Nathan Phelps’ “2 Inclusions / 2 Exclusions” discussion
• Final determination regarding Stanford / Professor Reese involvement
• Labor Day weekend drafting session scheduling and logistics

Feedback from Quapaw Nation tribal members is encouraged. These discussions are part of an ongoing process, and no final decisions have been made.

The Quapaw Nation of Oklahoma is requesting proposals for audit services for the fiscal year ending 2026, along with other required audit procedures. The agreement may also include the option to provide audit services for fiscal years 2027, 2028, and 2029, subject to satisfactory performance, continuing need, and available funding.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on June 29, 2026.

Please note that this document is currently considered a draft and has not yet been formally adopted or approved by the Quapaw Nation General Council or other authorized governing authority.

This Act shall become effective upon approval and adoption by the Quapaw Nation General Council or other authorized governing authority.
