Congratulations to these new officers who just graduated from the state academy. The officers will start patrolling the streets of Portland with various coaches and senior officers.  These gentlemen are trained, prepared and up for the task!

The officers are not done with their formal academy training quite yet.  This group will attend PPB’s special 10-week Advanced Academy in the near future.

A three year partnership between Portland Police, the Portland FBI and the US Attorney’s Office has resulted in over 100 arrests, seizure of 220 pounds of fentanyl, 40 guns and $1.3 million in drug proceeds. These operations targeted armed drug dealers in the downtown Portland area.
