Pool Closure Update — September 2

Due to unforeseen water chemistry and clarity issues following the pool’s complete drain and refill, the North Bend Municipal Pool will remain closed today, September 2.

Our staff is working diligently to correct the issue and reopen the pool safely as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We will provide another update when the pool is ready to reopen.

⚠️ NORTH BEND MUNICIPAL POOL CLOSURE EXTENDED

We are sorry to announce that the North Bend Municipal Pool must remain closed for an additional week (August 24th - August 29th) due to an unexpected fault in the heat-exchange system.

We understand how inconvenient this extension is for our swimmers, families, program participants, and community partners. We share your disappointment and appreciate your patience as we work to address the problem properly.

During the extended closure, staff will also complete several minor maintenance projects to make the best use of the downtime and help ensure the facility is ready to serve the community when it reopens.

We will provide an update as soon as the repair work is completed and a reopening date is confirmed. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of the North Bend Municipal Pool.
