After approximately 15 years of service to the citizens of Jones Chapel and surrounding areas, Rescue 4 is officially out of service and on the way to its next assignment. Rescue 4 will continue serving in Walker County Alabama.

Introducing Engine 1, a 2014 Rosenbauer Commander featuring a 1500gpm pump with 1,000 gallon booster tank. This truck is replacing Rescue 4, a 1997 Freightliner/General with 1250 gpm pump and a 750 gallon tank! Thanks to our community for continuing to support us and allowing us to serve.

We’re deeply grateful to Jones Chapel Fire Dept, Cullman EMS, and Cullman County Sheriffs Office their quick response, professionalism, and care during the scene flight to Huntsville Hospital.

Yesterday afternoon, Jones Chapel Fire was requested for mutual aid to assist with a missing persons call in the Bremen community. Several members responded with Rescue 15 (medical and rope rescue equipment), Rescue 6 (medical/manpower) Special Response 1 (Polaris Ranger) and our Special Operations Trailer (Command/Rehab/Shelter). We witnessed an amazing response of agencies from not only our county but surrounding counties, non government volunteer search organizations and civilians all on scene ready to help. Luckily some of the first arriving who were already in the woods prior to our arrival found the missing boy and the call ended happily. Just another example of everyone coming together to help someone in need.
