Every day at **10:00 AM**, our residents have the opportunity to get moving, stretch, strengthen, and have fun together! From **yoga and light weights to resistance bands, walking in place, and so much more**, there’s something for everyone and every fitness level. 💙

Not a morning person? No problem! We also offer **afternoon exercise classes** for those who prefer to get their movement in later in the day.

At Maple Brook Terrace, we believe staying active is an important part of staying healthy, strong, and enjoying life! 🌟

🏈🎉 **TAILGATE HAPPY HOUR AT MAPLE BROOK TERRACE!** 🎉🏈

The game-day spirit was in full swing at Maple Brook Terrace! Our residents showed up in their **favorite team colors and team gear** and brought plenty of fan spirit with them! 🏈❤️💙💚🧡

We enjoyed a classic tailgate favorite — **HOT DOGS WITH ALL THE WORKS!** 🌭😋 — and each table was color-coded so our residents could sit with their fellow fans and cheer on their favorite teams together!

There was plenty of laughter, team pride, good food, and maybe just a little friendly rivalry! 😂🏆

Our residents had a fabulous time celebrating the one and only Dolly Parton! From the pink outfits and country-inspired décor to the delicious bites, sweet drinks, trivia, and plenty of singing along, it was an afternoon filled with laughter, music, and good memories. 💕🎤

Dolly reminds us to “find out who you are and do it on purpose” — and our Maple Brook Terrace family did just that by coming together and having a little fun!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this happy hour a toe-tappin’, heartwarming celebration! 🌼🤠
