We celebrate this important day in our nation’s history and recognize the legacy of freedom, resilience, and triumph it represents. We also acknowledge the work that still lies ahead on the path toward true equity and liberation for many.
Please note: PRISM will be closed today and tomorrow in observance of Juneteenth.
We are proud to pause, reflect, and celebrate alongside the Black community.

We’re still feeling so grateful after this year’s Taste of the ‘Burbs 💛

It was an incredible night full of connection, fun, and community coming together to make a real impact. Thanks to everyone who showed up and supported, we raised about $275,000 to help fund PRISM’s programs.

A few quick reminders:
👉 The food shelf will close at 12:30 PM (no new intakes after 12!)
👉 Distribution begins promptly at 2:00 PM
👉 This distribution will be indoors

Got a bag of bags at home? You know the one you keep meaning to use someday...

PRISM can use them today! We are collecting reusable shopping bags to help our neighbors carry groceries with ease. Your bags can go from dust collectors to food protectors!
They help us provide a sustainable, dignified shopping experience and will be especially useful for upcoming produce distributions! You can drop them off during our open hours!

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9AM – 5PM
Thursday: 9AM – 7PM
Saturday: 9AM – 3PM
Sunday: Closed

It’s that time of year ☀️
As schools let out for the summer, we see a big impact on our food shelf. Many families rely on school meals during the year, and when those supports pause, things can get tough.
At PRISM, we want to make sure no one goes hungry this summer. With your help, we can keep our shelves full and ready for anyone who needs support.
Right now, our biggest needs are:
🥫 Canned tuna and chicken
🥜 Peanut butter
🫘 Canned beans
🍲 Other shelf-stable protein items

⚽The World Cup has officially begun! 🏆

As the world’s best teams face off on the pitch, we are asking our community to tackle a different challenge: ending summer hunger!

☀️Summer is historically the hardest time of the year for local food shelves. While school is out, thousands of local kids lose access to free and reduced-price meals, and donations drop drastically.

🤝Summer Challenge is a matching grant opportunity through Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless. By donating in July you will help us provide food for those in need during the summer AND receive a matching grant. Join us in Kicking Hunger Together this summer! 🍽️
